No returns or refunds on sealed product. The current market has created too much liability on our end. There have been too many cases reported of retailers getting illegitimate products back through returns. 

All cases will be refunded or replaced if they are broken on arrival. Please reach out as soon as you receive your product! There is a limited time window to file a claim with shipping services, and we can not guarantee a refund if we are not alerted to the issue in a timely manner.

We will accept returns on cases if the case does not fit your product, but the buyer will have to pay return shipping. We have carefully measured the interior dimensions of our cases, and we ask that you measure your item BEFORE you purchase our cases. This should cut down on any costly and time consuming returns. We are members of this hobby ourselves and do use these cases ourselves so we may be able to answer questions about the fit of specific products, but the best way to ensure the case is a good fit is to measure your item.

All orders are guaranteed to be dropped with a carrier next business day! Orders placed early in the day may be shipped same day, but this is not a guarantee. If we are unable to meet this timeline we will offer a small credit or other compensation for a delay that is under our control.

Any packages $50.00 and under have a flat shipping fee of $5.

Packages $50.00-$99.99 will have a flat shipping fee of $8.

Orders over $100 will ship free no matter the weight!

Packages will be sent through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

Tracking will be supplied with every order!

We offer local no contact delivery! We will deliver in a 15 mile radius and leave your package on your porch! For orders under $100.00 this service has a fee of $5.00. For orders $100.00 and over this service is FREE. Packages will be delivered next business day (possibly same business day if time allows).

We offer local pickup as well. Items will be available to pickup within 24 hours and this service is free. I will contact you as soon as I receive your order to arrange pickup.
